Words from Those We've Helped

Hear from horse owners who found comfort and care through our services. Their stories reflect the compassion and dedication we bring to every horse we honour.

  • The staff were amazing, the service I can’t fault & so glad to find them at a time of need. Really lovely people, reasonably priced (not that it’s about the money but were really competitive compared to others when you’ve got unexpected loss). Highly recommended & thank you to you all xx

  • Martins were absolutely fantastic. From the ladies in the office that made things simple and easy to organise to Trevor who came to collect our horse for cremation - all were amazing.Professional, caring and allowed us all the time we needed that made a very difficult day that bit easier.

  • Found W.Martin and son on Google and found that they were the best price to come and collect my horse.

The service provided was fantastic, they came out in a special 4 x4 vehicle in the snow and they delivered him back in just over a week. Highly recommended, thank you.

Common Queries Answered

How much does it cost to have a horse cremated?

Individual Cremation - From £650 Your horse or pony will be cremated individually, and all ashes are returned in a traditional oak casket with a nameplate or in scatter tubes. This service ensures that only your horse’s ashes are returned to you, offering a personalised and dignified way to remember them. Communal Cremation – From £330 Your horse or pony will be cremated with other animals. This option is more economical, but ashes will not be returned to you. However, it still ensures a respectful process for your horse.
